Rory is a passionate and engaging self-starter looking to help clients and industry partners in any and every way he can.

Rory was raised in Lebanon, MO — the oldest of three adopted children to a single mom, Rory learned the value of hard work and teamwork from an early age. The trials and hardships in Rory’s upbringing taught him compassion for those who, many times through no fault of their own, found themselves in situations they had very little ability or control to make better. This helped inform and motivate Rory’s passion for people and his desire to educate them fully throughout every step of the home buying and mortgage process.

Rory’s business experience is extensive — including building and managing the mortgage operation for a $1b Midwest bank. Throughout his recent work past, Rory has managed transactions ranging from $75k to $8mm. Rory specializes in helping with self-employed borrowers, luxury homes, reverse mortgages, home improvement purchase/refinance and first time homebuyer education.   

Rory’s upbringing and formal business experience allows him to provide tremendous value, both to potential homebuyers as well as referral partners. Rory’s willingness and ability to understand different businesses and business models and use that knowledge to build and implement a successful plan is a distinctive feature of a partnership with Rory and Total Lending Concepts.

Rory is committed to serving his community — serving on the Board of Directors for Kids Matter International, 2019/2020 Leadership Southlake and as a member of the Grapevine Rotary Club.
